FAQ for Art Buyers
How can I purchase an artwork?
Click on the artwork you would like to buy. It will give you more information about the piece. For example: size, price etc. Click on Buy/Contact Artist and fill in a request form. It will be sent directly to the artist. Artist should contact you by the end of three (3) working days.
Who is responsible for invoicing, packaging costs, delivery and handling of all money?
The Artist is responsible.
Is the price published on KiwiArtGallery inclusive of delivery?
No, you need to discuss packaging cost and delivery with the Artist.
Can I see the Artist‘s portfolio on KiwiArtGallery?
Yes, you can click on the Artist‘s name and it will take you directly to their web page where their portfolio is located on the bottom left corner.
What does the holiday mode mean?
Holiday mode is set up by the Artist. From time to time artists may not be able to fulfill their order and may elect to active their Holiday mode. They will contact you after their return.
